St Louis Pork Ribs Crockpot Recipe Tip
I tried Hoisin sauce as well which is a very flavorful Asian ingredient similar to Oyster sauce. Hoisin sauce also creates some great tasting ribs.

Yummmyyy. St Louis ribs are one of the best and when they are slow cooked, there is just no comparison. I add a little
Asian flavor to the ribs instead of packing it with barbecue sauce. The result is delicious ribs with a unique taste.
St Louis Pork Ribs Crockpot Recipe Ingredients
4 lbs St. Louis Style Pork Ribs
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
2 slices ginger, minced
1 cup broccoli crowns
1 can baby corn
1 bok choy, chopped
1/4 tsp pepper
St Louis Pork Ribs Crockpot Recipe Directions
In a medium skillet, brown all the ribs and set them aside. In a large bowl add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, ginger and pepper. Mix very well and soak the ribs in for 2o minutes. Place everything into the crockpot starting with the ribs. Pour the remaining mixture over the ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low for 10 hours. A great meal awaits.
