BBQ Chicken Drumsticks Recipe Tips
Removing the skin from the drumsticks will reduce the fat content as well as help marinate the chicken. I notice that in a crockpot, the skin does not taste as good as it does when grilled or fried so removing it is best.

Drumsticks are a favorite of my kids and this recipe is so easy to make that it gives me a free day from planning and cooking a whole meal. I usually use a store brought BBQ sauce to marinate the drumsticks and boils some corn on the cob to go along with the meal.

This is as easy as it gets for people pressed for time like me. Just marinate the drumsticks for about 30 minutes in the BBQ sauce. I also add some chopped cilantro in for added look and flavor. Add to the crockpot and cook on a low setting for 8 hours and the meal should be ready to go. Simple, easy, and frees up a lot of time for other stuff.
