Zucchini bread has to be one of the best tasting breads because of the flavor produced by the zucchini. I have been eating Zucchini bread since I was small and have been making it since I knew I to cook. I added raisins to see how the flavor of the raisins would go with the zucchini. It is a good mix with the raisins giving a very sweet taste to the bread.
Zucchini Bread Crockpot Recipe Ingredients
1 cup sugar
2/3 cups vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups finely grated zucchinis
2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup raisins.

Mix together eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil in a small bowl. Next add the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon to the mixture and stir till well mixed. Add the vanilla extract, zucchini, raisins, and walnuts and stir some more till all ingredients are well mixed. Grease and flour an approved Crockpot cake pan and pour in mixture. Cover and cook on high setting for 4 hours. Let sit 10 minutes and enjoy.
