My Super Delicious Crock Pot Cheesecake Recipe

Mmmm, cheesecake is so delicious. It’s probably one of my favorite snacks. Someone told me to use a crock pot, and I looked at them sideways. They gave me the recipe, I took it home, made the cheesecake, and OH MY GOODNESS!! I had to pass it on. TIP: This recipe requires a 7-inch spring form pan, or one that will fit inside your crock pot or slow-cooker.

My Super Delicious Crock Pot Cheesecake Recipe Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter, melted
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon flour

Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and butter and press into spring form pan. In a large bowl, beat eggs well. Add cheese and sugar and continue to blend until fluffy. Add cream, vanilla and flour and beat an additional 2 minutes. Pour mixture on top of crust. Line crock pot or slow cooker with double layer of foil. Insert spring form pan. Cover and cook on high setting for 3 hours. Turn off heat and leave cheesecake in crock-pot for another hour or until cool enough to remove. Transfer to rack to cool completely. Chill 1 hour before serving. Serve with canned cherries or fresh berries, as desired.

Apple Cheesecake In A Crock Pot

Who needs an oven to bake a cheesecake if you have a slow cooker, or a crock pot? Crock pots do the job an oven would, only better. TIP: When you put your cheesecake in the crock pot, use a rack or ring of aluminum foil to keep it off the bottom of the pot.

Apple Cheesecake Crockpot Recipe Ingredients

Crust:
1 cup (scant) graham cracker crumbs
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
Filling:
16 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla
Topping:
1 large apple, thinly sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Apple Cheesecake Crockpot Recipe Directions

Combine crust ingredients; pat into a 7-inch springform pan.
Beat sugars into cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs, whipping cream, cornstarch, and vanilla. Beat for about 3 minutes on medium speed of a hand-held electric mixer. Pour mixture into the prepared crust. Combine apple slices with sugar, cinnamon and nuts; place topping evenly over the top of cheesecake. Place the cheesecake on a rack in the crock pot. Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Turn off the crock pot. Let stand in the covered pot for about 1 to 2 hours, until cool enough to handle. Cool thoroughly before removing pan sides. Chill before serving; store leftovers in the refrigerator.
