This is a simple meatball recipe that can be cooked using a Crockpot. The recipe uses only salt and pepper to flavor the
meatballs. I like to serve this appetizer one in a while especially during parties on a plate with toothpicks and a simple
dip.

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg white
